Solairus Aviation manages a fleet of private aircraft with complex operations spanning flight scheduling, crew management, maintenance tracking, and regulatory compliance. When I arrived, most processes were manual, error-prone, and siloed across departments. My mission was to build an automation framework that would touch every aspect of operations.
